MEET BETH

Beth Rustigian (Broussalian) was born and raised in Lafayette, California. She attended the former Vallecito Elementary School, Stanley Intermediate, and Acalanes High School. Beth grew up in her local family restaurant business that continues to thrive in its 3rd generation. The family business taught her essential lessons about entrepreneurship and customer service as well as persistence and hard work.

For eight years, she worked in real estate as a licensed executive assistant in luxury home sales in San Diego before becoming an active agent in the East Bay, specializing in residential properties in Lamorinda. Prior to entering real estate, she worked in public and media relations, marketing, fundraising, and grant writing. She is also the proud mom of two adult children.

Beth integrates her life experiences and unique skills into her real estate business. She will work tirelessly for you with professionalism, close attention to detail, communication expertise, and strong negotiating skills. Beth will navigate the often challenging waters of home buying and selling with a level-headed approach, so her clients have a successful and positive experience.
